I pray...

Every day I sit in my room and pray...that God would send me a friend. One that wouldn't see me for what I am on the outside,but what was on the inside.
For someone that wouldn't take me for granted, for being the friend that I was, whom I wouldn't take for granted either.
For someone that would spend time with me.Someone who thought about things they could give me, the same way I would think about them.
Someone who knows the best gifts in the world are love and affection, made of time and attention. Who knew that the whole concept of being a friend was to stand aside and listen; to let that person to grow. A true friend that was going to be there for me no matter what.

That night I received my answer...

After nights and nights I came to God and asked why He didn't answer my prayers. He said "what have I done for you?" So I said..."You stood beside me through all things that I thought couldn't be accomplished and they were." "you help me smile after hours and hours of crying." "It never mattered to you that I wasn't the richest person in the world when it came to you gave me advice." "You have always been here for me during trial and tribulations."
Finally I said, "All together you have been a good friend."

I looked at Him and He said, "Why give you something that you already have?" I am the friend that you are looking for. The one that is not selfish, but who is loving and listens. The one that you have looked for and you have found. And I love you."

This story is so true and so me....but in spite of that I still belive that God bring me to Word of Life church...and thanks to that I met so wonderful persons and now I have new and better friends besides God ofcourse...My life is so changed after I started to go Word of Life every sunday and then youth meetings and camps...I'm so thankul that God lead me there and I'm thankful every persons who I met there.

Russia, Russia

Yes I was in Russia.There was a conference and it was GOOD. Holy Spirit was moving around there and was touching strongly many peoples, including me. At first I didn't realise that this Holy Spirit...but now I know that it was.

At first we (me,Anette and Julia) arrived to St.Petersburg by a train and it was interesting and scary at first - we had to share our sleeping compartment with one guy...we were in shock at first and when we recovered from shock, we realised that this is not so bad at all.This guy was very polite and he totally understood our position.

And then we had a great time in St.Petersburg...we did get know each other much more and I think that this trip brought us much closer to each other.


And then we arrived to Moscow....wow.At first I didn't like Moscow at all because Moscow is very big city and very dirty....But after being there some time I started to see how Moscow looks like for real...oh and the russians are very friendly and helpful.I love Russia. And I'm sure that I'll go back there some time in future....

In Moscow

Yes I arrived today from Russia. There was a conference which was really great and very good pastors were preaching - Ulf Ekman, Stefan Salmonsen, Karl-Gustav Severin, Matts Ola Ishoel etc. Very good conference, I enjoyed every second of it.Oh and worship there is very powerful....

First we - me, my friends Anette & Julia - arrived to St. Petersburg, spent a half a day there and then we catched a train to Moscow. And we had to share our kupee with a russian guy. At first we were very in shock when we realised that - but in spite of that this train trip to Moscow turned out well (with God help)....

God blessing was all over us during the whole trip...For example when we arrived to Moscow we even didn't have place to sleep....Couple of nights we slept at Julias old neighbours place but then we had to leave there. And we were homeless again. But one church member Valentina asked us to come at her's place....She is special lady and God will bless her and her family...

Oh and confernce - God presence was there I felt it in my spirit....This conference changed me a lot...and I know that my life and relationships will be better with God's help. I'm thankful to God that He sent me there. In the beginning of this trip there was some problems - I had a fever, runny nose and I was coughing...it was terrible...At this time it seemed to me that someone didn't want me to go Russia...This thought pop up in mind but still I did go anyway. And I'm glad I did. Actually we all were a little sick at this trip but we prayed and we got healed. Good is good all the time. This trip was a blessing.
